Paulina has been active in the NGO and startup environment for more than 10 years. She has implemented projects developing digital and managerial competences, managed teams and assisted boards in strategic areas. At the Foundation, she supports the finance, accounting and administration department. In her free time, she reads books, listens to podcasts, does jigsaw puzzles, takes walks and strokes cats.
