Graduate of the Institute of Polish Culture at the University of Warsaw, the STOP trainers' school, postgraduate studies in Negotiations and Mediation (Warsaw School of Social Sciences and Humanities) and Intensive Training in Agreement Without Violence 1st and 2nd degree (Empathy School). She works on the basis of the Agreement Without Violence method. Author of educational materials on digital education (Digital Layette, Panoptykon Foundation) and counteracting violence. As a trainer, she supports schools, organizations and other trainers in effective communication and conflict resolution, as well as digital competence development. She believes that crucial in preparing for life in the digital world is the development of communication skills, cooperation, empathy and resistance to manipulation.
